New AssetManager Pro Mobile Scan
One of the challenges of Asset Audits is having a way to quickly and remotely count assets and if required update their details....
AssetManager Pro Mobile Scan is a fully integrated Apple iOS App that enables:
1. The ability to scan an Asset Barcode
2. The display of key Asset Attributes including Asset ID, Description, Location, Cost Centre, Custodian, Vendor and other Custom Lists settings
3. The ability to edit key Asset Attributes (for example if the Asset had moved Location - to change the Location)
4. As part of the scan a reflection of the Asset having being "COUNTED"

Scan support for 1D and 2D (QR Code) Barcodes
The new AssetManager Pro Mobile Scan App will support the scanning of 1D and 2D (QR Code) barcodes
We will also soon be announcing a major revamp of Barcode printing directly from AssetManager Pro including support for specialised Barcode Printers and the ability to print 2D Barcodes
In addition for those clients wanting to get their barcodes printed externally (great for high volumes and specialised label types). GRAGA Software Solutions now provides a service in sourcing and printing barcode labels from our specialist providers.
Asset Barcode Label/Tag Printing
As part of providing an end to end Asset Audit function in addition to the capability to scan assets via the new AssetManager Pro Mobile Scan. AssetManager now supports direct printing of Barcodes to specialised Barcode Printers.
Currently we support the Zebra GK420d printer which you can find info on here and the printer can be purchased directly from GRAGA Software Solutions the makers of AssetManager Pro
Integrated Online Asset Count
AssetManager Pro Mobile Scan uses live data stored in the Cloud from AssetManager Pro.
All assets that are scanned and updated via AssetManager Pro Mobile Scan are then presented in our NEW Asset Count function in real time.
The Online Asset Count function enables:
1. Shows the current state of the Assets in AssetManager Pro
2. Shows any updates to the Asset Attributes made Online via the AssetManager Pro Mobile Scan App
3. For Assets that have been scanned - shows them as them as being Counted and the Date/Time of the Count
4. Provides a way to accept Asset Attribute changes and update the Master record in AssetManager Pro
Asset Count and Reconciliation Reporting
Supporting the Online Asset Count function and the Asset Audit process is the Asset Reconciliation report
The Asset Reconciliation Report enables:
1. Reporting of all Online updates via AssetManager Pro Mobile Scan
2. Reporting of all key online Asset Attribute changes
3. Reporting of Assets Scanned/Counted include the Date and Time
4. Reporting of Assets NOT Scanned/Counted providing a mechanism/output to follow-up
