GRAGA AssetManager Pro (formerly MYOB AssetManager Pro) has been welcoming a number of MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Fixed Assets clients who have migrated to AssetManager Pro 2015.

(This has been supported by the enhancements in AssetManager Pro to easily enter/import historical assets)

MYOB Accountants Office and the applicable Fixed Asset Module is a solution targeted towards Public Accountants and Tax Agents to process their client assets as part of End of Year process.


AssetManager Pro - A business focused solution!

AssetManager Pro is a business focused solution that is much more suited to businesses managing their own assets, doing their periodic accounting and having all the info need to work with their external Accountants (or do it in-house) to produce outputs that support end of financial year income tax lodgements.

In summary the key benefits of AssetManager Pro over MYOB Accountants Office (AO) or any Public Accountant/Tax Agent focused solution are:


Book and Tax Depreciation - The ability to set, calculate and report on both Book and Tax depreciation and relevant transaction impacts - enabling it to be a solution for periodic Book Accounting (not just end of year tax)

Periodic Asset Depreciation and Transaction Calculation/Reporting - Ability to produce depreciation on a periodic basis (normally monthly) that takes into account all the relevant transaction activity.

Periodic Asset Accounting - In line with the periodic asset depreciation/reporting the ability to reflect asset depreciation and transactions on a periodic basis (typically monthly) and automatically update your Accounting system to ensure ongoing reflection of key Asset values in the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts.
